To return your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if initialized within 7 days of delivery. We will assign an RMA number and a return label will be emailed to you. Affix label onto original packaging and refund will be processed once we receive the item and it is in the same condition sent.
A minimum nonrefundable $25.00 shipping charge will be applied to any return. Shipping rates vary depending on insured value.
If your order was processed with expedited or overnight delivery- shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Items must be received within 14 days of delivery, otherwise store credit will be issued.
Due to the nature of custom and pieces with any personalization, all custom orders are final sale.
